We had a full house at this morning’s TNB Roundtable! 41 nonprofit professionals filled the new conference space at The NonProfit Center to discuss nonprofit collaboration topics.

At this morning’s Roundtable discussion, “Collaborative leadership for nonprofits, Lisa DeAngelis of the UMASS Boston Center for Collaborative Leadership provided examples of collaborations that have been successful and helped attendees apply collaborative leadership to issues they are looking to solve.

Working in groups, participants were led through exercises to help them make the connections from their organization’s current partnerships to potential future partnerships, and learn how to unlock the potential of collaborative leadership.
