    Tech Networks’ Service Desk provides a single point of contact for end-users to report issues and request assistance. Operating under a structured service level agreement, our knowledgeable staff delivers timely responses to all support requests. Issues can be reported via phone, email or web portal; upon receipt of a request, a ticket is opened, the issue is assessed and prioritized, and communication is maintained until the issue is tracked through to successful resolution.

    TNB provides comprehensive monitoring of client Windows and Macintosh workstations and servers via its network operations center (NOC).
