Over the last few years we have all made compromises, adapted, and reprioritized core aspects of our lives and work. In some cases, we have made deliberate choices in response to the changing needs of our work and family. In other cases, it may feel like we had less control.
Where do we go from here?
Together we will explore a framework for human flourishing. We will talk about steps you can take to shape your professional and personal priorities post-pandemic. Whether you are looking to learn these skills for yourself or hoping to use them to support other members of your organization, we will highlight how to empower your work and fulfill your sense of meaning and purpose. The techniques introduced can be applied to enhance your own sense of fulfillment and wellbeing and used across teams and organizations to help employees progress beyond the funk that can slow performance and create barriers to achievement.
Join us for a session discussing how we can refocus and empower ourselves in this new landscape.
