#GivingTuesday, email campaigns, website lead generation – the list of what you can and should do to market seems endless. Many organizations find it challenging to determine what would make the biggest impact on their goals. A holistic Strategy aligns high level mission, key needs of the organization (brand awareness, fundraising, recruiting volunteers, and expanding your services, etc), and execution through your team and vendors. Participants in this workshop will engage with a practical strategic framework that will translate mission into execution for 2020 and beyond. This workshop also include a hands-on working session to audit your organization’s current marketing and you will walk out with actionable steps for the coming year.
On November 7th, Tech Networks of Boston will host a free Roundtable session with CL Tian of PINKOA to discuss marketing strategy for nonprofits.
CL Tian is the Founder of PINKOA, a strategy-focused marketing and technology consulting firm located in Boston. Her firm specializes in creating and implementing holistic digital-focused strategy and services (design, website development, digital marketing) for local companies and organizations. She has been involved in work with the Japan Society of Boston and the Watertown Community Foundation. CL is the President of the Boston Chapter of ACE NextGen, a non profit focused on promoting the interests of Asian and Pacific Islander entrepreneurs and is a Mastermind Advisor at the Babson WIN Lab, a leading accelerator focused on female founders. She graduated from Wellesley College and speaks Mandarin, Japanese, and Korean.
This session is appropriate for any nonprofit employee who is responsible for marketing strategy but may be especially suited for communications directors, marketing directors, and executive team members.
