We are seeking a IT Consultant/Managed Services IT Engineer to join our team of IT professionals! Compensation & Benefits
- Average starting salary: $70,000 to $8,000 (BOE)

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT or tech industry (some work experience at an MSP preferred by not required)
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred, but not required)
- Proficient with: Windows Server, Windows desktop, PC infrastructures, and Cloud services
- Knowledgeable about network operating systems, information/worker applications, database systems, messaging, management & operations, and security software
- Current industry certifications (preferred)l
- Experience with ticketing system (ConnectWise preferred)
- Ideal candidate characteristics: detail-oriented; solid communications skills (verbal and written); professional and positive attitude; customer-focused; genuine desire to learn; self-motivated; follows protocols and procedures; independent thinker; self-starter; team player
Responsibilities
- Uphold TNB’s compassionate culture, dedication to sustainability, and commitment to serving our community
- Assists clients in day-to-day management of all systems, effectively leveraging technology in administration, operations, and service delivery
- Work collaboratively with clients, fostering strategic relationships with key stakeholders
- Perform strategic research and assessments, both internal and external. Eventually presenting reports on said finding, including recommendations for improvements
- Identify, plan, implement, and manage strategic solutions for client IT issues
- Maintain and communicate relevant documentation
- Resolve and troubleshoot ongoing client tech concerns
- Report directly to the Director of Managed Services
